How to Seduce a Scot by Christy English
First in her new Broadswords
and Ballrooms series
Release date: December 1, 2015
Genre: Historical Romance
Publisher: Sourcebooks Casablanca

Well I loved this book so much. It is a sweet historical
romance. I have to say it was simply refreshing to see a
man even thought he wanted her badly. He continued to
think of her first, as she was a Lady. But he did fail to see
he could be her man. he just needed to recognize what he
felt for Catherine, he was not protecting her from everyone
and himself. He May have been falling in love with her. And
he was worthy of her love, and could make her happier than
anyone else. and Cathrine jumped to conclusions and was
going after the wrong man. Now they just both need to wake
up and realize they needed each other. I even saw the
perfect man for Alex's sister, now I hope to see that in
another book and see if it turns out to be who I think it will
be. Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here.  I hope
you enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,
please consider leaving a review. The Authors really like it
when you do, they value your opinions too.

He’s the terror of the ton...

The plan is simple:
1. Descend from the Highlands to face the aggravation of a
London Season;
2. Foist his wild sister off on some gullible English lord;
3. Retreat before the ladies of the scandalized ton can get
any ideas.

Determined to see his hellion of a sister wed, Highlander
Alexander Waters is willing to face anything—even the
English. He just didn’t expect his own rough manners to
cause such a riot…or for a blooming English rose to catch his eye.

Gently bred Catherine Middlebrook must find a respectable
man to marry or her family will be ruined. She won’t allow
herself to be distracted by Highland barbarians…no matter
how her body may thrill whenever Alex is near.

Catherine wasn’t part of the plan, but as their battle of wills
escalates, Alex comes to realize this “proper” English girl is
as wild as the Highlands themselves...and nothing will stop
him from having her.

What Kind of Historical Romance Heroine Are You? code

A boy from the florist stepped in with three great
bouquets that hid him almost completely from view.
She should send him back downstairs to come through
the servants’ hall below, but [Catherine] had never seen
so many beautiful store-bought flowers in her life. Her
garden was lovely, but yielded nothing that could rival these.
Her mother flew in from the breakfast room, diving on
one of the bouquets like a bird of prey. She slipped it
out of the delivery boy’s hands, carrying it to the center
table in the hallway and giving it pride of place.
“Margaret! Come and look! Catherine has received her
first bouquets of the season! How lovely!”
Margaret ran pell-mell into the room then, her slippers
sliding along the polished floor. “Mama, how beautiful.
You say they are all for Catherine?”
“Surely not,” Catherine replied.
“There is no doubt some mistake.”
“No mistake, miss,” the delivery boy said.
“They are for this household, and welcome.”
