Astri and her close friends are forced to hide in the city. They're
waiting for an opportunity to strike back at the dark mage who took
over Rivenna by force—the same mage who's been hunting her
since she was eleven years old.

When they leave the old mill to free her dear friend Emilia, people
begin to spread terrible rumours. Apparently, Ruscal's planning to
 publicly execute his own brother.

It's a race against time and Astri knows that she can't let Jorgen die.
Will Astri save Jorgen and her beloved City of Rivenna or will
Ruscal triumph once again?

Holy freaking god! That was one hell of a finale to the series.
This book is so well written and thought out. I hate to see
this series come to an end. But if it did this was the late to do it.

If you have not read the first three books.
Please see my review of book one here

Book One

Book two here.

This is Astri and Jorgan’s continuing story. And how it all
comes to and they get their happy ending. She is so lost
without him. So much so lonely she tried to save him he
turned her away. There are few deaths in this book. I hate
to say it, but one death takes a profound toll on both of them.
Ruscel is in full tyrant mode. Jorgan’s evil twin is at it again
and planning to sentence his brother to death for a crime that
he committed himself. So of course it is up to Astri to save
him. Just hope she's able to do it in time. And she knows so
much she has to do in this book. I am really hated to see the
series go. I know we get our happily ever after with this
book. But I wish there was one more chapter showing with
happens in the years to come. Or possibly one more book.
Like maybe one about her cousin with a follow up on

Now before I ruin this for you I will leave off here. I hope you
enjoy this book as much as I did. If you do like this book,
please consider leaving a review. The Authors really like it
when you do; they value your opinions too
