Wow these are wonderful. Not only can you use on the grill. 

But you can use in the oven to. Anywhere you would use foil

 you can use these. I cooked chicken fried steak in the oven

 and liver and onions on the grill. I know ewe liver but if you

 do not want fried liver this is great and grilled onion is 

wonderful just put in bowl after and little water to loosen 

them up. They tasted great. I love that I got five with these so

 when I do cookies I can use them in palace of parchment 

paper. And with the use of a convection oven can use 3 at 

a time and prepare two others while they cook.

It has only one drawback and that is because it is black it 

makes it harder to clean than a liter color. As once wet you 

do not see the residue as well. So I suggest cleaning it twice

 when whipping down. I took a paper towel and whipped it 

and when came back with no discoloration new it was clean.

 But do not get me wrong I love these grill mats. and this 

dose not detract from them at all.  I may even buy some for 

my mom, as much as she bakes she will love them.
